Soy-Lime Marinade
  • Gallon Ziplock Bag OR Pyrex Dish with a Lid
  • ¼ cup Bragg's Liquid Aminos {or soy sauce-but we choose to go with Bragg's due to GMOs and preservatives in regular ol' soy}
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup distilled water
  • 4 drops LIME essential oil OR 1-2 teaspoons lime juice (to taste)
  • ½-3/4 teaspoon fresh thyme- chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh Parsley- chopped
  • 1 garlic clove- chopped
  • dash of pepper
  • 2-3 lbs meat (chicken, steak, seafood) {we used about 2lbs steak}
  1. Add all ingredients {except meat} to bag or dish. Close bag/dish. Shake to mix flavors.
  2. Add meat to bag or dish. Close bag. Shake. Marinate in fridge for at least 30 min OR up to 12 hours. Turn over every 30 min-1 hr (or whenever you remember).
